Warm showers are available in a modern sanitary building with individual shower cabins, separated for men and women.
To use the showers, you will need a CHF 1 coin. You can also get one from us. The coin provides 4 minutes of shower time (the timer runs only while water is
flowing).
The outdoor showers near the sanitary building and the clubhouse are for refreshment only.
Using soap or shampoo is not permitted at these locations.
We have a laundry tower with a washing machine and a dryer.
These operate with coins ranging from CHF 0.10 to CHF 2.00.
The cost depends on the program.
A regular 40°C wash costs approximately CHF 1.40 (+ CHF 1.60 for drying).
Free parking is available in front of the campsite for visitors.
Please park your vehicle nose-in towards the hedge.
This helps to avoid exhaust emissions affecting the campers on the pitches directly behind the hedge.
We kindly ask you to refrain from noisy activities and driving on the site during the following times:
During lunchtime: 12:30h to 14:00h
At night: 22:00h to 07:00h
Exempted from this are trips for arrival and departure!
To everyone: Please respect the privacy of all campers, do not enter occupied pitches, and use the designated paths.
Recycling:
Recyclable materials do not belong in the regular waste:
For compost: Please use the compost containers in the parking lot. Disposal of compost toilets is not permitted.
For glass, PET bottles, cans, and aluminum: Please dispose of them at official collection points.
Nearest collection point:
Werkhof disposal and collection center in Hochwald, Lohweg 19.
Opening Hours:
Saturday (year-round): 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM
Wednesday (summer time only): 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
The recycling bins next to the clubhouse are intended for tourists.
Waste:
Only official, fee-based KELSAG bags may be disposed of in the waste containers at the sanitary building.
You can purchase the KELSAG garbage bags at local retailers (ask at the checkout or customer service).
For the emptying of household wastewater (gray water) and contents of chemical toilets (black water), the disposal room is available at the far left in the sanitary building.
A drive-over dump station is NOT available!
Note on Fire and Grill Use
Open fires are only allowed in the fire bowl on the meadow area.
Charcoal grills are not permitted anywhere on the site due to fire safety regulations.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times throughout the entire area.
Additionally, as a dog owner, please be aware that depending on the season, there is also a mandatory leash requirement in the surrounding
forests to protect wildlife.
